Sedona, Arizona is a place where the energetic vortices together with the iron in the red earth make it easier to connect with the spiritual realms. For ages, the location has been revered as a powerful place for healing. The Native American Indians have historically considered the Sedona area as a sacred place where metaphysical energy emanates from the inner earth.

All three nights in Sedona, we will stay at the world class hotel, Enchantment Resort, located in the mouth of Boynton Canyon, an ancient healing vortex area, surrounded by red rock formations. This is a lovely, peaceful, award winning hotel, with a first class destination spa, which we are welcome to use. On our first evening in Sedona, we will be at the home of Ani Williams, a well known musician and sound therapist. She will instruct us on how to use our voices to tone and harmonize with natural vibrations. A resident of Sedona for over 30 years, she knows many of the legends and stories of the area. She will spend the evening sharing these with us around the fire at her home. During that time, she will bring out her drums and other instruments for us to use. We will explore different sounds and frequencies, especially with our own voices. The following day, Ani will take us to her favorite power spots in the Red Earth Temple, around Sedona and assist us to actually do the work of attuning in nature with our voices, finding balance, peace and happiness in the harmony.

You will not need to know how to sing or have any musical experience to benefit from our time with Ani. With her expertise, she can teach us to use our own energetic power through our voices in order to harmoize with the vibrations of the earth. Modern science has confirmed what mystics and wise healers of old cultures knew and applied as a means of harmonizing, healing and expanding human consciousness - life basically consists of sound. It brought humankind forth originally and maintains our existence, now. Ancient civilizations used sound to heal and achieve balance from within.

The morning will be free to walk into Boynton Canyon for your own private meditation, go mountain biking, or take any one of the classes available at Mii amo spa. You may also schedule a healing therapy session, such as massage, right there at the spa, or go shopping at the boutiques and art galleries in Sedona. After lunch, in the afternoon, we will gather for our Celebration led by Lee Cook. She will take us to a special place in nature, somewhere in the red rocks of the high Sonoran Desert and we will have ceremony there.

The last day, we will have a leisurely morning, but before we leave, we will have a closing circle. Then we will head back to our homes, strengthened, at peace.

Cost: $1,300.00.

This includes:

 3 nights at the Enchantment Resort, award winning Hotel and World Class Destination Spa. This will be double occupancy, in their beautiful big rooms.
 3 Breakfasts served in the Dining Rooms of the Enchantment Resort.
 Amenities at the hotel such as the sauna, steam room, pool, mountain bikes, tennis courts and golf, along with the many classes offered in conjunction with the destination spa, Mii amo, awarded #1 in destination spas by different magazines.
 Internet service at the hotel and local calls
 3 Sound therapy group sessions with world famous musician and professional sound therapist, Ani Williams: one, in the evening at her home in Sedona, with tea and cookies served, together with her drums and other musical instruments; and two at different power locations in the Red Earth Temple in the Sonoran Desert.
  All ground transportation
 Transportation to Sedona from the Phoenix Airport and back, provided your flights coordinate with our trip departure times. Please see Getting There, above.
  All park entrance Fees
  Gratuities and fees at the enchantment Resort (excluding special spa services)
