Tina Wood Tina Wood was born and raised in the Hawaiian Islands. She follows a lineage of Hawaiian born ancestors, who sailed the seas from Scotland in the 1800's. Midway through her youth, she moved with her family to Puerto Rico where she developed a passion for the Latin culture. Growing up, exploring and loving the island waters, she went on to swim in the 1968 Olympic Games. After her East Coast education, she identified the lands in the West as her home and has been living in Colorado ever since. She has developed a deep connection with the native Lakota people and has been a friend and student of their spirituality, participating with them in ceremonies for over 25 years. Traveling has been a passion for Tina, as she has accompanied her family on many adventures. Favorites include kayaking with the whales around Vancouver Island, hiking through Switzerland, and visiting lands where her Spanish language skills enhance the cultural experience. After raising her two beautiful children, and with her husband, John's blessing, Tina is ready to explore the world, honoring our Mother Earth and everything she has to give us, along the way. The most fun way for her to do this, is to share these pilgrimages with other souls questing to connect with the greater universe. In this manner, we all have the opportunity to share what we have learned during our lives, so far. She feels that this is a wonderful way to enjoy the human experience. A successful business person, Tina enjoys the challenge of coordinating adventures for others.
