Angelic Attunement
Mt. Shasta

Day 1: Thursday, August 2: Arrival, Mt Shasta Resort, Mt Shasta City, Angel Check in.

We will arrive at Mt Shasta City on the afternoon of August 2 and check into our lodging at Mt Shasta Resort ( http://www.mountshastaresort.com/ ) by 3:30PM. Please see "Getting There", above to better understand the options for arriving. After settling into to our comfortable rooms, we will go into Mt Shasta City to visit the town and shops and get tuned into what people are offering. After a welcome dinner, we will have an Angel Attunement with Lee. She will share what our Angels and Guides have to say about why we have come. That night we will gather for an introductory circle and plan for our Adventure. The moon will still be in full moon radiance so we will be able to enjoy the views of Mt Shasta from our resort.

Day 2: Friday, August 3: Sacred Waterfalls, Visit to the Meadows, Crystal Bowl Attunement

After breakfast, we will go out to absorb the cleansing energy of one of the sacred waterfalls in the area. We will spend time to meditate with the energies and use the water and mist to cleanse ourselves in preparation for the spiritual work we will be doing. After a leisurely lunch in town, we will go up to explore the meadows of Mt Shasta and tune in to the mountain. Returning to town, we will have dinner and prepare for our crystal bowl sound session.
Starting at 8PM, we will gather together for a three part sound healing with an amazing collection of crystal bowls, made from all the elements found on earth. For example, we will be using crystal bowls made with white gold, or rubies, or lapis, or any one of the minerals that our Earth has to offer. The first part will feature 33 bowls and will be a reassuring toning session, helping us to feel at peace. The next part uses 7 bowls and is an Earth - Star communication which opens a Portal. Our sound healer was shown this attunement by a special guide. The last session uses 55 different bowls, in 17 sequences. This is a very special attunement and opening which will prepare us for a great night as we sleep and for amazing experiences the next day.

Day 3: Saturday, August 4: Mt Shasta style Vision Quest on the mountain.

The next morning, after breakfast we will pack a picnic lunch and meet our Shamanic Guide in town at 10am. We will drive with her up the mountain and prepare to spend the day in a Vision Quest, according to the style used on the mountain. It is essential to use a licensed guide on the mountain for both physical and spiritual reasons. Our guide will be working with us, individually and as a group. Spending time alone (although, watched from a distance both spiritually and physically) is the best way to connect with the powerful energies that are present there. We will return from the mountain at 5:00pm.

After a relaxing dinner, we will have a special time with Lee. She will help us to process and understand the visions and experiences of our day on the mountain. This will be a powerful circle time. If you would like to speak with Lee privately about your experiences, she will also be available after our circle time to do this with you.

Day 4: Sunday, August 5: Stewart Mineral Springs, Mt Shasta City, Special Guided tour.

Next morning, after breakfast, we will travel north to Weed and visit the Stewart Mineral Springs for a cleansing of body and soul. The refreshing area has a healing energy all its own because of its cleansing hot water baths and cold, crystal clear stream. After we are completely refreshed, we will return to Mt Shasta City for a special Lunch.
Afterwards, we have engaged one of the local guides to take us to some of the sacred places in the area that we have not yet visited. We will spend time to tune into the Beings known to be present in these areas. After dinner, we will have circle time to discuss what we encountered during the day. Lee will conduct another angel channeling to help clarify any of our questions.

Day 5: Monday, August 6: Magical Lake visit and Farewell.

The last morning, after breakfast, we will check out of our lodging and go to the most magical lake in the area. There, taking our time, we can meditate and take in the beauty and energies found in that sacred place. Then, we will have a farewell circle and say good bye to mystical, magical Mt Shasta and each other. We will drive back to the airport, spiritually enlivened, with a clearer vision for our lives and positive energy in our hearts.

Mount Shasta has long been venerated as a spiritually enlivening place and acknowledged as a powerful healing vortex that radiates its positive energy throughout the Northwestern United States. On our quest we will explore the surrounding meadows, waterfalls and Crystal Lake. Our journey will allow us time to attune together with the natural wonders of these special places for our own personal healing. We will open to receive angelic guidance by aligning with the Angels and Sacred Beings that oversee this holy place.
